3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To access our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Represent a legitimate business entity
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be qualified through our review process

4. Service Qualification Process

HoloZone reserves the right to review and qualify all potential clients. Not all applicants will be approved for our services. Our qualification process considers factors including but not limited to:

• Budget and volume requirements
• Compliance with advertising platform policies

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates varying by advertising channel and targeting complexity. Standard rates range from $35-$60 per qualified lead. Payment terms include:

• Payment due within 30 days of invoice
• No setup fees or hidden costs
• Pricing subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds available for unqualified leads per our quality guarantee

6. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the criteria specified in your campaign setup. If a lead does not meet your specified requirements, we will replace it at no additional cost or provide a credit to your account.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

HoloZone is committed to protecting user privacy and maintaining compliance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection, use, and protection.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Violation of advertising platform policies
• Targeting of minors or vulnerable populations
• Industries prohibited by our policies or applicable law

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HoloZone services are owned by HoloZone Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

HoloZone's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. HoloZone may terminate immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of policies.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

HoloZone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.
